New Football and Track Facility
The fall 2017 football season brings a continuation of our tradition of excellence in Kokomo sports with some great new additions to our facility. Since 2012, Kokomo High School has been working to improve our facility through a series of small projects that has, over time, led to the beautiful and functional facility our Wildkats call home. Click here to read more about these improvements and take an aerial tour of the facility by clicking here.

The New N.C.C.
A slight modification in the North Central Conference began with the 2015-2016 school year. Gone after 11 seasons are the Huntington North Vikings and replacing them is Indianapolis Arsenal Tech. Tech was one of the 10 original NCC schools back in 1926, but the Titans were forced to withdraw from the league in 1961 when the Indianapolis Public Schools asked them to play a full city schedule.

The NCC will still be divided into two divisions. The West Division will once again be composed of Harrison, Kokomo, Lafayette Jeff, Logansport, and McCutcheon, while the East will be made up by Anderson, Arsenal Tech, Marion, Muncie Central, and Richmond. The different divisions will be used to seed some of the conference tournaments at the end of the season.

History of KHS
True Wildkat fans will find this retrospective view of KHS very interesting and informative. Our thanks to Joe Dunbar, former KHS social studies teacher, for his work in putting together this historical view.
