What really hurt the Wildkats chances on Monday  were the two par five holes on the front nine at Battle Ground. par score of 43 on the front nine, Barnard backed that up with a 46 on the back nine on a course that was setup more difficult than usual for the tournament. Barnard’s score actually placed him 23rd overall out of
75 golfers who took to the course at Rock Hollow.

While Barnard kept the ball out of trouble for most of his 18-hole round, the other Wildkat golfers had a few issues throughout their rounds. Freshman Jackson Richards finished with a score of 103, and junior Deuce Bailey ended up with a 108. Senior Isaiah Cardwell rounded out the scoring for Kokomo with a 124.
