Leading the way for the Wildkats were senior Trajan Deckard and sophomore Jeremy Baker with 16 points each. Seniors Anthony Barnard and Nate Hemmerich added 11 and nine points, respectively. Senior Kyle Wade added six, junior Jayveon White had six, and junior Deonta Chamberlain contributed five points.

It was a true team effort from the Wildkats, who dished out 18 assists on 28 made baskets. Baker led the way with five assists, while both Deckard and
Barnard both handed out four a piece.

Leading the way for the Kats on Saturday was Barnard with 34 points. Deckard added 24 points, and junior Jayveon White had 11. Senior Kyle Wade and junior Shemar Robinson added six points apiece. Robinson filled in big time for Baker, who was out on Saturday with a twisted ankle.

On Friday, the Kats lost a road conference game at
Marion 62-67. Leading the way for Kokomo on Friday
were seniors Trajan Deckard with 25 points and
Anthony Barnard with 17 points and 14 rebounds. The
loss dropped the Kats to 0-2 in NCC play.

Dec. 16 Huntington North (H) 6:00 pm (L) 47-35
The Kats returned to the friendly confines of Memorial Gymnasium on Saturday to battle the Vikings of Huntington North. In about a polar opposite difference in pace of play from Friday night, the Kats dropped their 1st home game of the season 47-35. The Kats struggled offensively, shooting 36% from the field and 18% from three-point land. Leading the way for the Kats was Senior Trajan Deckard with 17 points.

Leading the way for the Wildkats in scoring was senior Trajan Deckard with 22 points. Senior Anthony Barnard added nine points, sophomore Jeremy Baker had eight, and junior Deonta Chamberlin pitched in with seven.

The Wildkats out-rebounded the Berries 40-21 for the game. Baker led the way on the glass with nine rebounds. Barnard added seven, while Deckard, Chamberlain and senior Kyle Wade all added five rebounds apiece!

Leading the way for Kokomo was senior Anthony Barnard, scoring 25 points and pulling down 12 rebounds. Senior Trajan Deckard added 12 points, while sophomore Jeremy Baker contributed eight points and four rebounds. Junior Deontae  Chamberlain grabbed 10 rebounds for the Kats.

In varsity action, the Kats fell behind early again, trailing 15-5 at the end of the first quarter. But the Kats crawled their way back into the game and trailed by four at halftime.

The Kats outscored the Blue Devils 15-10 in the fourth quarter to send the game to OT. Both teams scored six points in the first overtime, but the Kats outscored Tipton 13-1 in the second OT to get the victory.

Leading the way for Kokomo was senior Anthony Barnard with 23 points and 10 rebounds. Sophomore Jeremy Baker added 12 points and seven rebounds. Senior Kyle Wade scored 11 points and grabbed six rebounds, while senior Trajan Deckard added 10
points and dished out four assists.
