Student Bag and Binder Guidelines
To keep our hallways moving smoothly and ensure everyone has a safe, comfortable, and focused space to learn, Kokomo High School has specific guidelines for the items students can carry during the school day.
What to Bring to Class
You are welcome to carry the following items with you from period to period:
Your Main School Binder: A 3-inch Case-it binder. This is the perfect size to hold your daily technology, homework, and classroom supplies.
A Small Personal Bag: If you'd like to carry a personal bag, it just needs to be kept to the size of a small crossbody purse—with dimensions no larger than 5" x 2" x 7".
Why the size limit? Keeping bags small helps prevent crowded walkways, eliminates tripping hazards, and ensures everyone can move safely and comfortably through the building.
We appreciate your partnership in keeping KHS a safe and wonderful place to learn!
