Mark your calendars, Homecoming week is almost here. Student Council is planning Homecoming Week dress-up days and events for Monday, Sept. 14-Friday, Sept. 18, with the Homecoming football game and queen and king coronation Friday at 7pm.
This year, the Wildkats will take on the Anderson Indians. The theme for the week is “Anderson is An-der-”done.”
“We chose as a council, and everyone pitched in ideas, we built ideas off one another and we eventually settled on a theme,” said Senior Class president Braedyn Booker.
Student Council also planned the dress-up days for Homecoming Week. They are:
Monday: Adam Sandler
Tuesday: Dress like your favorite teacher
Wednesday: Generations (pick your favorite)
Thursday: Country vs. Country Club
Friday: Wildkat Pride
Student Council will announce t-shirt prices and purchasing information soon. Booker hopes students will get involved during Homecoming and have fun showing their school spirit.
“Students should purchase a t- shirt, and seniors should create senior jeans or crowns to wear to the game,” he said.
